I first will introduce myself. My name is Richard van der Lee and I am part of a group of 5 MBA students from the Netherlands. For the core course International Management we made an arrangement with the CEO (John Huiberts) and also the US Business Director  from IGM Resins (David Zopf). Could you please advise if EP-12 Chrome Free Primer uses a USA/Canadian exempt solvent ? If so what would the g/L VOC level be if the exempt solvent was included in the calculation.

My company manages Material Safety Data Sheets for Patriot Coal Corp. As part of our new service to them I am reviewing their MSDS database and trying to update any MSDS with a revision date more than three years old. I would like to request MSDSs for: 

 

BRIGHT WHITE ALERT 1460             12/31/1999

RED ALERT 1470                             4/1/2003

SILVER WHITE ALERT 1440              5/1/2005

YELLOW ALERT (LEAD FREE) 1450    7/13/2005

 

If these MSDSs are available and dated later than the dates given would you please send me copies? If for any reason updates are not available would you please let me know so I can give that informatioin to Patriot? Feel free to contact me if you need any additional information.
